Medium Temperature Control Method

Use a 2-way valve (for cooling at a higher temperature range) or a mixing valve (cooling) for each control temperature range capacity control, so that system can offer high precision control of ±0.5 degC or less (control the CV value via an input signal for 4 to 20mA DC).
For the control heating operation, adopting an SSC or SCR (optional) allows high precision control.

Customized Specification

Saturated steam is used for the heating source.
Suction head of the refrigerant pump.
Frequency converter of the refrigerant pump.
The liquid contacting sections of the refrigerant circuit are made of SUS (the internal cooling circuit is made with a standard specification)
The "U" or "Y" type strainer on the refrigerator circuit.

Signals with load side devices (Optional)

Semi-hermetic reciprocating type is adopted.
Adopted 2 pole electric motor for model DC-20-W and 4 pole electric motor for larger than DC-30-W.
The compressors can tolerate the hard operation of industrial chiller units.

The majority of faults on refrigerators, when low quality cooling water is used, are attributable to the faulty condensing of the refrigerant due to poor water quality.

The condenser is designed with the condensing temperature set to 42 degC.

The ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) of this refrigerant is zero.

DI water unit (Optional)

Countermeasures for scale adherence.
Maintains the electric conductivity of the system and medium water in the load to 0.1 mS/m (1 uS/cm).
Monitor function.
The electric conductivity meter displays the conductivity of the water medium.
Install the DI water unit inside the system for new installation.
Install the unit at the side of the system for installation to pre-installed systems.
